Now all these Luxury apartments have been finished from levels 1 to 46 in this exceptional looking building, and work has now started on the amazing Penthouse. Built over 5 floors and panoramic views across London this really is a special project to be involved in.

We have worked with the main contractor St George for many years completing the Silicone works to many high-end residential projects around London including One Blackfriars 247 apartments. Also known as The Vase.
They have awarded GT Sealants the contract to complete all silicone works to Bathrooms, kitchen and Windows as they know we will finish the sealant works to the highest standard.

We are currently working with the Main contractor carrying out colour samples with the work to be expected to take place with the next couple of months.

Another Awarding Project From St George! We have been working with the main Contractor for over 4 Years on this project Completing 4 Blocks of Luxury Apartments. Located on one of the most dramatic stretches of the River Thames, this is riverside living at its finest.

The main request from the client was to keep the lines of mastic minimal so they were discreet. We have spent a lot of time getting the colours of the silicone to match perfectly and kept beads of mastic very small and neat, so everything is sealed to perfection without being visible. Nothing worse than excessive lines of silicone for no reason in our opinion.

The Hyde – Hendon

– L & Q

This is one of 2 Projects we have started for L & Q a Leading charitable housing association and one of the UK’s most successful independent social businesses. Project is worth over £100 million and set over many blocks of apartments.

We have worked with L & Q to complete the first 2 blocks, the main challenge for us was complete many apartments to a very high standard within the time constraints of the client.
We completed the works on time ready for L & Q handover and are now beginning work on the 3rd Block

Wheatstone house – Chiswick

The 2nd of two Projects we have worked on for L & Q group. 95 apartments, including one, two and Three bedroom plots and affordable housing.

Located between Chiswick and Brentford Town centre. We have completed windows, doors and brick expansion joints externally and completed all silicone work internally as instructed.

Main challenge was working with L & Q to keep costs down but still achieving an exceptional finish. We are now coming to the end of the project we feel this has been achieved.

250 City Road – Islington

– Berkeley Homes

For last 2 years we have worked with Berkeley homes to complete Five Star residences ideally located within walking distance of the Tech City and Square Mile.

The project will include 933 Homes, 2 acres of landscape and residential facilities including Gym, Spa and 65ft Pool. Which GT Sealants have completed on time.

One of our challenges was to find a suitable to sealant that was a perfect colour match and could be used in the swimming pool area. Chlorine in the water breaks down normal silicone over time. This was sourced and applied to the client’s satisfaction

Beaufort Park – London NW9

One of our first projects we started for St George, back in 2013. 7 Years on we are still there and have built a fantastic relationship where we can finish apartments to our clients very high standards.

We have really enjoyed working with St George on this project the whole processed is very streamed lined and efficient, resulting in a great working environment.

The project consists of over 2800 Homes, restaurant, office spaces and community facilities.
St George have built thriving community which GT Sealants is proud to be a part of.

One Blackfriars Tower

GT Sealants will be starting the internal silicone at one Blackfriars tower in June 2016

This is set to be a beacon of architectural brilliance rising 50 Storeys. Properties will be worth between £1.1million and £23 million.

Bough Beech Water Treatment Works, Kent TN8

A £13 million project to significantly increase treatment capacity and ensure long-term security of water supply for domestic and commercial customers.

GT Sealants were employed to apply sealant between steel and the block work in all of the outbuildings to assure true air tightness.

We were engaged to apply sealant specifically to create a high specification finish and to maintain air-tight seals throughout

New Cranes Court, Basildon Essex SS14

Sole sealant contractor, proud to be part of Basildon’s first carbon-neutral housing development. Dwellings designed to achieve Code Level 6.

Seward Street, City of London EC1

A prime site in the City of London, 161 high-specification homes.

We applied sealant to windows,cladding and external doors. Internally we installed silicone to kitchens and bathrooms which were all thoroughly air-tested. The project was  completed three months ahead of schedule .

Peacehaven Waste Waterworks, East Sussex BN10

As part of this ground-breaking £300 million engineering project, we were responsible for applying fire-resistant sealant to all expansion joints, building and cylinder perimeters on the concrete slab.

Central Square, City of London EC1

 274 Luxury homes with a gross development value of £120 million.

We applied a double-joint of anti-stain silicone to the pre-fabricated concrete panels; we installed the sealant to the perimeter external window, and finished the high specification kitchens and bathrooms with internal silicone.
